Free ECCE Places Available

We still have a number of ECCE spaces available. Contact us for more information.

What is the free Pre-School Year in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE)? The ECCE is a new scheme designed to give children access to a free Pre-School Year of appropriate programme-based activities in the year before they start primary school. Participation in a pre-school programme provides children with their first formal experience of early learning, the starting-point of their educational and social development outside the home. Children who avail of pre-school are more likely to be ready for school and a formal learning and social environment.

An interest in good food is important to have from an early age.

Through our cookery classes the children make yummy and exciting dishes which they bring home to share with the family (if you are lucky!!??)

We make a wide range of things that are good for you like brown bread and smoothies  which help children to understand the different smells and textures but we also branch out and make yummy biscuits and cakes.

Cooking classes for Three year olds are on Tuesdays between 1pm and 2pm. For further information Contact Nikki at the school
